By installing, accessing, or using TabToTask ("the Extension" or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, whether using the free version or a paid Pro subscription. Additional terms may apply to Pro features.

TabToTask is a browser extension that allows you to: - Save browser tabs as tasks - Organize tasks with categories and priorities - Access tasks across devices (Pro feature) - Manage your tab-based workflow

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Free Version: No account is required. The Extension works entirely locally on your device.

Pro Version: An account is required for cloud sync. You are responsible for: - Providing accurate account information - Maintaining the security of your account - All activities that occur under your account - Notifying us of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Pricing: Pro subscriptions are available as monthly ($1.99/month), yearly ($14.99/year), or lifetime ($24.99 one-time) plans. Prices may change with notice.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance. Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Contact support@tabtotask.com to request a refund.

Lifetime License: Grants perpetual access to Pro features as they exist at time of purchase, plus future updates.

You agree NOT to: - Use the Service for any illegal purpose - Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Extension - Interfere with or disrupt the Service - Create multiple free accounts to circumvent limits - Share Pro account credentials - Use automated tools to access the Service - Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice.

Our Rights: TabToTask, including its code, design, and content, is owned by TabToTask and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Your Rights: You retain ownership of your data (tasks, notes, categories). By using cloud sync, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your data as necessary to provide the Service.

Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: - MERCHANTABILITY - FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE - NON-INFRINGEMENT - ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY

We do not guarantee that: - The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free - Defects will be corrected - The Service is free of viruses or harmful components

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TABTOTASK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities - Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data - Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TabToTask, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: - Your use of the Service - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any third-party rights

By You: You may stop using the Service and uninstall the Extension at any time.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with notice.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination: - Your right to use the Service ends - Pro features will be disabled - We may delete your cloud data after 30 days - Local data remains on your device

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by: - Updating the "Last Updated" date - Sending email notification (for Pro users) - Displaying notice in the Extension

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TabToTask operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
